A sarcophagus form, known as a "Cassone a urna", in Tuscan Renaissance style, partly comprising old materials and reconstructed presumably in the late 19th century. Made in solid walnut with high quality relief carving. Ca. 64 x 173 x 60 cm. Some ageing, with small wood losses. (PZ)
