The knife has a long, narrow single-edged blade that has been fullered on both sides. Yellow-coloured metal is inlaid on both sides of the blade and on the back (dragons?). The handle is made of light-coloured bone and is set at the top and the bottom with silver bands and fine leafy tendrils made of brass. Both ivory chopsticks are finished off at the top end with tendrils in silver and brass.
