1: An Indian silver belt, in the Hyderabad belt style. Made of two thick hanks of woven silver wire, connected with silver clamps. With a large silver buckle and a screw fastener on the side (inverted, English-style screw threads). Length: 84 cm (the belt open); weight: 370 g.

2: An Indian silver belt made of many interlinked delicate pieces. With three rows of hemispheric embellishments, each composed of three silver hemispheres on each of the links of the chain, which are connected with rings. With a rectangular buckle made of three components, with a pin fastening. The buckle is also made of cast, engraved silver. Length: 94 cm (the belt open).

3: A silver belt, decorated with black niello. Probably from Turkey. With a buckle in the shape of a bow, with a pin fastening and fifteen oval plaques made of silver, engraved and decorated with black niello to form pictures: landscapes, eagles, sultanic symbols (‘tugra’), double-headed eagles, coats of arms, etc. Originally, this belt was partly fire gilded (traces visible). On the reverse, every single silver plaque has an Ottoman-Turkish hallmark. Length: 88 cm (the belt open).
All three belts in this mixed lot are old and in excellent condition. No damage. Between the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century. (ME)
