Northwest Anatolia (Turkey), c. 101 x 74 cm, second half of the 20th century prayer rug in Ottoman dome shape with cloud bands, vases, depictions of birds and inscriptions along the gable band and as cartouches on the upper main border, brocaded woven finish on both sides as well as two signatures on the upper end border, with c. 2.56 mill. kts/sqm, manufactured in very fine knot density, very good pile condition, fringes partly no longer existent, minimal horizontal tear in the upper section, outer left.
