Museum quality Upper Austrian rustic cabinet,
Known as an "altrosa Vogerlkasten" from the workshops of Eleonore Fettinger, master cabinet maker in Aurachtal, 2nd quarter of the 19th century. A divisible spruce cabinet, partly grained, painted old rose and blue, also painted with high quality filigree flowers and birds and dated 1834. With canted angles, 2 doors with lock and key, 2 interior drawers, and a pierced cornice. Ca. 189 x 145 x 65 cm. In rare and fine original condition, with insignificant restorations and losses. (PZ)
