A veduta cup and saucer, of cylindrical form, the body with gilt inside rim, decorated with a gilt painted leaf border on a white band, gilt interior and on a white centre, the exterior with gilt edging, bright- and matt-gilt painted rose branches with Cupid’s arrows on a green ground, a reserve containing the polychrome painted view, the underside with title, the tall handle with gilt laurel leaves, 3 gilt paw feet, height: 10 cm, handle with pasted cracks, Ø 15,3 cm, the underside with gilt edging, Vienna, Imperial Manufactory, underglaze-blue Austrian shield, year no. 1788,1815, turner no. 14, 60, gilt painter no. 137 Joseph Geyer 1802-1836 (Ru)
