A custom-made installation for the entrance hall of Slottsbacken (Hill Castle) in Västeras, Sweden. This unusual and rare lighting ensemble shows Hans-Agne Jakobsson as one of the most innovative light designers of his time, in terms of both the formal solution and the technological implementation. His designs have been realised by his own company, the Hans-Agne Jakobsson AB in Markaryd, since 1951.
Provenance: Castle Hill, Västeras, Sweden, in situ until 2004.
