in the adapted form for travel in automobiles, made completely of fine calfskin leather, the inside of the visor lined with goatskin, with circumferential band of gold, black-striated Attila cord, the interior with black felt lining, brown sweatband, unique in very good condition, slight traces of wear, I (JZG)
The present cap does not appear in any regulations, it may be a private production for at least a Field Officer or more likely a General.
