Northeast Persia (Iran), c. 51 (61) x 66 cm, first quarter of the 20th century, knotted facing side of a former khordjin with weaving finish on both sides, the field displays alternating bars forming octagons and containing checked rectangles, the central field is made up of a white gul with silk elements in the pattern, white main border with a repeat pattern of flowers, stems and leaves facing each other and partly ending in rhomb-shaped blossoms, excellent silky pile condition, back part missing, side edges rebound, one corner damaged.
