A large “Kuggen” conference table, designed by Bruno Mathsson & Piet Hein
1965/67, manufactured by Carl Mathsson International, Sweden, birch veneer, nine legs consisting of bundled steel rods, two labels: MATHSSON/INTERNATIONAL/MADE IN VARNAMO/SWEDEN and BRUNO MATHSSON/DESIGN/MADE IN SWEDEN, Höhe 70 cm, c. 415 x 228 cm.. (DRAX)
Custom-made item. Dismountable. Between five and ten “Kuggen” tables were made altogether, each of which slightly differed from the others, depending on the customers’ requirements. A comparable model was used for the Volvo headquarters in Canada.
