inscribed: "Brändl in Wien", small round flat-bottom movement, spring driven, power reserve: 1 day, 4/4 hour striking mechanism on bells, striking mechanism can be switched off, repeater function, date index, cambered enamel dial, chased brass clock hands, blued steel clock-hand, cambered, glazed, delicately chased brass bezel, gilt painted and carved limewood clock case of lyre form, with a sun on ornamental plinth, 52 cm, Austria ca. 1790/1820, in well maintained restored condition, traces of wear and repair, replacements, the precision of the movement and long-term function cannot be guaranteed, 1 rod pendulum, (HP)
