pewter, partly gilt; standing on six feet, oval shape; openwork pewter mount with sweeping lines and floral motifs, with handles and screwed-on bottom grid; oval tapering glass liner with etched and bevelled all-round decoration of sweeping lines and bands; traces of use; length 53 cm, height 13.2 cm; marked Osiris 717 and 0 on the underside.
