Originally 16th century. A Swiss pine coffer, with a brown finish, the front painted with circular ornament, with original lock, dated 1565, and with an interior compartment. Ca. 90 x 168 x 65.5 cm. The plinth and base altered in the course of a past restoration. Some ageing and wear. (MIN)
