Confirmation of authenticity: Hubertus Butin, 15.10.2005. This copy will be included in a subsequent edition of the catalogue raisonné. „This copy is peculiar in that here the black chalk signature, an essential part of the image in the edition and set diagonally across the motif, is missing. Therefore, this is probably a test print to which the signature has not yet been added.“ (Butin)
