Moldova, c. 435 x 170 cm, beginning of the 20th century, kilim in square format from the lower Vltava region, on dark brown field a large pattern with six swans in a nest, the border all around with young birds, items such as the present one were produced for private use and employed as cover for tables and benches or as wall hanging, manufactured on wool warp with interlocking wefts, ends with honeycombed cotton warp threads, good condition.
