glass, colourless, knob, cover, base of body, nodus and shaft with facet and comb cut, golden edge of cover and of opening, cup with all-round finely cut landscape, besieged fortress in Silesia of cavalry and infantry with Austro-Hungarian hussar, underneath that arch frieze and lancet foliage wreath, pierced air bubbles and shaft with air column, pontil mark, bell foot with folded edge, height 31 cm, knob of cover with bonded area,
Lauenstein, c. 1745, the excellent gilding of the edges was probably created in the glassworks Glashütte Emde near Brakel, Paderborn (Ru)
