Teil (Opus XIII))", 1900-1910, 6 (from the set of 12) engravings and etchings with aquatint on Imperial Japanese paper, probably impressions of the second edition for the members of the Verbindung für historische Kunst in 1910, all monogrammed in the plate (except sheet 6), partly dated, each with the engraved/embossed artist’s name and printer’s address (except sheet 1), sheet size from 56.5 x 39.2 cm to 61.8 x 46.3 cm, printed by Giesecke & Devrient/Leipzig (3) and Otto Felsing/Berlin (2), Singer 230-235, mounting with typeset titles, one sheet firmly attached at the upper corners, without folder and title sheet, (6), (RAC)
Fine, neat prints. Also included is one of Max Klinger’s most famous graphic works, the “Philosopher” (Singer 232).
