porcelain, the open-work lid and body with gilt edging, leaf rocailles heightened with light purple, light turquoise, and gilt, surmounted by small and large sculpted flowers, baluster with flowers- and fruit garlands, the facing side decorated with a polychrome painted Watteau couple, the reverse side with floral bouquet, scatter of flowers and flower children, round base with light purple leaf- and light turquoise bead border, height: 23,5 cm, few blossom- and leaf tips chipped; Meissen, underglaze blue crossed swords 2nd half 19th cent., model 2686, model by Johann Joachim Kändler and colleagues 1759 (Ru)
