N. Le Roy Ingénieur Géog. Pensionnaire de SA Majesté Louis XVI. 1781”, diameter 8.5 cm, height 3.2 cm, (Lu)
Magnificently executed lidded box with exceptionally delicate gouaches. Further miniature views of the Château de Menars by P. N. Le Roy were sold at Christie’s, London, on 26 November 2014 (lot 332).
