porcelain, the lid with fruit finial heightened with gilt, the lid and handles with light green acanthus leaves, gilt edging and gilt beads, the body with wide, delicately painted polychrome park landscape with "Watteau" couple, the lady holding a shepherd's staff, the cavalier decorating her with rose garland, by the side a hat and shepherd's staff with rose bouquet, the reverse side with polychrome bouquet of flowers with roses, wild daffodils, forget-me-not stem, and small flowering branches, the base of the body with 2 serpents symbolising infinity, acanthus wreath, round knop, base and plinth, height: 50,5 cm, KPM-Berlin, underglaze blue sceptre mark, black commemorative mark and red painter's mark ca. 1914 (Ru)
