Formerly Villa Godderidge, St. Pölten, Viehofen, Austinstrasse No. 89. A table cloth for the dining room is listed as an individual item in the invoice issued by the firm Möbel-Fabrik, Sigm. Oppenheim, Vienna, Praterstrasse 30, Vienna 2, to Mr Fred Godderigde, Viehofen, on 14 December 1911.
