porcelain, fluted body, cover with gilt edges, Prussian eagle on palm branch, cover edge, rim and body with small and large flower branches and bouquets of flowers, on the facing side and reverse medallion framed with gold laurel branches and light blue bands, the facing side with gardening tools, drum, rake, grain sheaves, basket with garland of flowers, birdcage and ivy tendrils, the reverse side with bird nest with 3 chicks and dove, strainer, pitchfork, rake, watering can and diverse sprigs of leaves painted ‘en grisaille’, gilt borders with meander and flowers, the base of the body with light purple and light turquoise palmette, height 37 cm, interior to rim of cover with chipped segment
underglaze blue sceptre mark late 18th century, paintwork of a later date (Ru)
