The border contains cartouches with the respective descriptions of the personalities marked with small numbers. Jesus is found at the top, and Napoleon in the lower left corner in a group of very prominent figures. Manufactured on cotton warp with c. 1,000,000 knots/sqm. With slightly trimmed pile in places, in original condition. (VP)
