clear glass, basket chandelier in Empire style, chains with small and large cut glass stones, 2 bands with small and large rectangular glass elements with facetted decoration, surmounted by long and square festoons with facetted decoration and replaced glass prism, gilt mount and decoration, ceiling cap, first hoop with 5 stylised acanthus leaves and rosettes, garland of leaves with pearls, 3 garlands of flowers with 3 fruit hangings supported by 3 goat’s heads, second hoop with chain frieze, with 5 cheerful children seated on top and 5 stylised acanthus leaves, 5 brackets with each 3 arms and sconces for electric candles, the latter connected with 5 garlands of flowers and 5 fruit hangings, height 120 cm, diameter 65 cm, in total 15 sconces for electric candles, electrical fittings unchecked, France c. 1900 (Ru)
