Vittorio (Victor) Emanuele III was King of Italy between 1900 and 1946. Gift watches are usually given to important people on special occasions. The Hausmann company, founded in 1794, is a traditional jewellery store in Rome and a long-standing official Patek Philippe concessionaire. The case is slightly dented. The winding is in need of repair.
