silver, gilt, gilt interior, of round form, widened rim, the body with wave-pattern decoration, an engraved medallion with a bird and the engraved name "FENESI MIHALY CA 1658", also engraved "IIII", height: 12 cm, weight: 187 g, ca. 1658, (Lu)
The present cup used to belong to a set of at least 5 cups of varying sizes. Cup No. V is currently in the Budapest National Museum (inventory no. 1939-33). The cup set bears the engraved name of Master Mihaly Fenesi the Younger, documented at Fenes (near Klausenburg) after 1613..
