A vase with bacchanalian dance, Heinrich Hoffmann or Curt Schlevogt, Gablonz, form and decor: c. 1932, design probably by Frantisek Pazourek
so-called jade glass, green opalescent glass; side with all-round relief decoration with bacchantes dancing and fauns playing the flute in front of a vine leaf arbor; body of the vase pressed into the mould with compressed air; the surface rolled, cut, mat and gloss polished; slightly scuffed, slightly scratched, base slightly chipped on the underside; height 21.6 cm.
