The extremely rare Tourbillon Pour le Mérite from the manufacturer A. Lange & Söhne was sold for astonishing 321,750 euros at our Wrist and Pocket Watches Auction on 3 December. Only 150 exemplars of this watch were produced, this particular one went to an online bidder.
Another favourite was the Patek Philippe Nautilus, which was auctioned to a Live-Bidder for 128,000 euros. The design of this legendary sports watch comes from Gérald Genta and is based on a Porthole.
The Wrist and Pocket Watches Auction on 3 December was the best sold Watches Auction in the history of Dorotheum.
