Until September 2024

This year the Dorotheum-sponsored Cultural Heritage events celebrated their premiere in the Deep Space 8 of the Ars Electronica Center in Linz with the motto „Who owns the Truth?“,

Multi-media content is embedded into interactive applications with the overarching theme „Italian cultural heritage. "Venice Revealed" displays 3D-scanned parts of Venice that enable viewers to explore the city in an aesthetic and exciting manner. The ultra-high resolution giga-pixel scan „Last Supper Interactive“ by the Italian media artist Prof. Franz Fischnaller, allows viewers to explore the smallest details of Leonardo da Vinci´s masterpiece „The Last Supper“. The highlight of the application is the option of stepping behind the painting and observing the dramatic scene in 3D.

The applications can be visited all year round at the Deep Space K8 of the Ars Electronica Center in Linz.
