Tickets for the 2017 Vienna Philharmonic New Year's Concert Online Auction
begins on November 2, 2016, and ends on November 11, 2016, from 7 PM

We are pleased to announce that in cooperation with the Vienna Philharmonic, we are able for the first time to offer an opportunity to purchase by auction tickets to the 2017 Vienna Philharmonic New Year's Concert, certainly the orchestra's most highly sought after concert event.

The online auction which includes 17 seats and 10 standing room tickets for the 2017 New Year's Concert begins on November 2, 2016 and ends on November 11, 2016 from 7 PM.

In order to place your online bid, please register first, after which your customer account will be immediately activated by the Dorotheum customer service.

Proceeds from the auction will be donated in their entirety to the Philharmonic House for Asylum Seekers in St. Aegyd, which is sponsored by the Vienna Philharmonic and overseen by the Diakonie Refugee Service. The house was purchased with the Vienna Philharmonic's own funds as well as through donations and crowdfunding. The house was adapted and opened in June 2016. The Vienna Philharmonic continues its commitment through activities such as instrumental courses and benefit concerts in the interest of making a contribution to integration and sustainable assistance with the hope that the Philharmonic House for Asylum Seekers in St. Aegyd may have an exemplary impact.

This auction will take place on the Dorotheum website on behalf and for the account of the Diakonie Refugee Service. There will be no surcharges or fees added to the winning bids.

At the end of the auction and after transferring the amount of the winning bid to the Diakonie Refugee Service, the highest bidders will receive notification from the Vienna Philharmonic, after November 28, 2016.
