Every sheet of the edition is a unique piece, since the artist intervenes into the printing process, he pulls and smudges while the printer is working, and thus manipulates the images directly. As a result of this interaction, the printer inks leave streaks and fingerprints that give each work its originatlity.
The present edition depicts an exhibition of Wade Guyton’s works at Portikus, Frankfurt, and is based on a view of the exhibition by Katrin Schilling.
