1: One pair of silver ear pendants from Kyrgyzstan (Central Asia) in the shape of small domes, crafted from silver wire. They represent birdcages. Silver spheres hang down below.
Height: each 7 cm.
2: One pair of silver ear pendants from Kyrgyzstan (Central Asia). The flat, crescent shaped cast sheets are each set with one piece of red coral. The eyelets, which were cast as part of the piece, each have 5 silver chains hanging off, with transverse pieces of coral and silver pendants (each with four crescent moons and one Hand of Fatima in the middle). Length: each c. 8 cm.
3: A large, flat earring made of silver. A type of jewellery from the region near the town of Gabès in Tunisia. The silver plate in the shape of a semicircle has a wire soldered on so it can be hung from the earlobe, along with a rhombus shape, volutes, circles and a line of dots made of silver and soldered on.
Height: 10 cm; width: 8 cm. All 5 objects are made of high-quality silver and display only minor, age-related damage. Between the 19th and the early 20th centuries. (ME)
