An Indian belt made of good silver. Made of braided, fine silver wire, held together with many silver clasps, as well as with a double buckle fastening. The buckle is pyramid-shaped, square and five-tiered with a red glass stone at its centre. The belt displays many rectangular and round depictions of animals (antelopes, lions) and plants as decoration. An exceptionally beautiful, old and richly decorated piece with no damage.
Length: 73 cm (belt open).
