Salzburg area, 1st quarter of the 19th century. A spruce cabinet with blue ground, with rich rocaille paintwork and a depiction of Christ the Resurrection and Mary Magdalene, inscribed and dated "VÜSIBBUS VIRCHMOSER". The cabinet has a heavily restored loose cornice, canted angles, two doors, original lock, key, two interior drawers and a secret compartment. 185 x 142 x 60 cm. Some ageing and wear.
