Transition period circa 1770/80. In oak with rosewood and tulipwood veneer, also with marquetry ornament and latticework in various partly dyed fine woods, with five "sans traverse" drawers, a moulded marble top and later bronze mounts. Stamped "F C FRANC" (FRANCOIS FRANC, maître from 1756). 86.5 x 129.5 x 64 cm. Restored, with locks replaced. (MIN)
