Austria 1914-1918, made of various exotic woods, on the front left and right emblem in the form of an iron cross in addition to hand-painted Gothic lettering by the pilot after the war '1914 GEFAHR VERSÜSST DAS LEBEN 1918' (1914 danger makes life sweet 1918), regulation stamped serial number and company emblem, stamp 'UEK 14' and measurements, length 270 cm, small parts broken off, rubbed, otherwise good condition, II (JZG) rubbed

The company Paul Jaray ranked among the first supplier companies of the Austro-Hungarian aviation troops and produced propellers for the German Garuda Feldpropeller-Werke (Neukölln near Berlin) under license. An extremely rare and highly decorative propeller. Provenance: Offizierstellvertreter (Officer Deputy) Franz Köfer, Fliegerkompanie 18 then in family possession, see ORF programme ' Was schaetzen Sie..?, from 23 June 2015.
