Northwest Persia (Iran), c. 160 x 120 cm, beginning of the 20th century, extraordinary prayer rug with undyed sheep wool, the weavers used the dark wool to create a sparse pattern, stepped gable band with Kochanak hooks reaching into the field, some rows of blossoms, two four-legged figures and illegible number combination on the spot intended for the prayer stone, slight signs of wear.
