France, end of the 19th century. Made in various hardwoods and softwoods with tulipwood veneer and rosewood marquetry ornament. The table has one lateral drawer, a pull-out writing ledge with embossed leather lining and bronze mounts. 72.5 x 81 x 39 cm. 1 key. In fine restored condition. (MIN) Footnote: the two tables can only be distinguished by the different colours of the rosewood marquetry and might be seen as a pair with slight variation.
