A typical, Arabian ‘Wahabite Jambiya’ (curved dagger or shortsword), with slightly curved, double-edged iron blade. The middle of the blade is engraved with a décor of double volutes on both sides. The hilt, consisting of hard, dark brown wood, is elaborately decorated with filigree silver bands, three silver hemispheres on silver roses and small, granulated silver spheres. With copper inlays. The cut and engraved copper coating on the reverse is attached with brass roses.
vThe wooden sheath is covered in silver filigree décor bands, silver cuffs with geometric engravings, a rose made of silver wire with a red glass gem, as well as sheet brass and leather. The reverse of the sheath is decorated with leather, silver and sheet iron.
