A dagger in the typical form of the nomadic and semi-nomadic tribes of the Bedja, Hadendoa and Beni Amer, who live in eastern Sudan, Eritrea and northeastern Ethiopia. With a characteristically double-edged iron blade with middle ridge and a sharp bend in the lower section. Similarly, the hilt made of hard, dark brown wood also features the typical X-form of this type of dagger, with fine, carefully executed relief decoration. The dagger comes with an original sheath, covered with dark brown and black-dyed leather, embossed with geometric patterns.
