English Neo-Classical revival, late 19th century. Made in satinwood, decorated with marquetry panels and a high quality central painted motif with swans. The desk is fluted, has one compartment, a drawer with an opening mechanism for the roll top, interior compartments and a fall front with later felt lining. 97 x 69 x 44 cm. In original condition, with some ageing and traces of wear. (PZ)
