Herr, outlined with bright- and matte gilt painted leafy vines and rosettes on a matte gilt band, the white handle with gilt decoration, Height: 10,5 cm, rim minimal restoration, Ø 15 cm, the underside with wide gilt edging, Vienna, Imperial Manufactory, underglaze blue and impressed Bindenschild, year 1827, 1832, turner no. 12 Michael Neubich 1809-1851, No3 Josef Böhm sen. 1803-1850 (Ru)
Laurenz Herr, history-, landscape-, and portrait painted, 1804-1828 and later at the manufactory, joined the Vienna Academy at the age of 12, recipient of 3 Gundel awards, from 1804 at the manufactory, until 1810 painting in the manner of antiquity, from 1812 déjeuners, specialised in the imitation of antique onyx cameos;
