East Anatolia (Turkey), c. 250 x 189 cm, end of the 19th century, single-panel, brocaded flatweave with colourful coffer pattern and blue, knotted warp threads, blankets such as the present one are also manufactured in the South Caucasus and distinguish themselves on the ground of the red warp threads employed, in good condition with only some fringe damage, on one long side a border with rings is attached to the back for mounting.
