A beautiful choker of the Hmong (or Meo). Cast in silver of the highest quality. Stylised hornbill heads rest on both ends, decorated on the upper edge with silver knop projections and engraved with fine, typical patterns on the front. With good, old traces of usage. First third of the 20th century; DM: c. 20 cm x 22 cm. (ME)
