porcelain, burnished gilt bodies, neck and side elements with matt gilt-painted arched friezes, acanthus leaves and rosettes, to the obverse reserves centrally painted en grisaille, ensnared Cupid and gleeful young lady, to one side his quiver lies and with an exhausted half-naked young lady and a delighted Cupid, he leaning on his arrows, to her feet a rose losing its petals, verso wooded landscapes en grisaille, a boy with a drum, his dog standing to attention with his gun, at his feet lie the drumsticks with a small girl holding a cat she has found in her arms, stand and foot with matt gilt palmettes, square red plinth with pink and black dots, burnished gilt handle with rich matt gilt leafy stems, rosettes and dolphin heads, height 42 cm, restoration to 1 rim of aperture, slightly chipped, 2 corners of plinths slightly chipped, Darte Frères, A Paris, red mark circa 1810 (Ru)
