Southwest Persia (Iran), c. 254 x 168 cm, about 1900, flatweave in slit technique with highly abstract Tree of Life and far-reaching extensions, at the end of which boteh-like appendages are preserved, concealing swastika motifs made of silk, the middle cartouche carries the inscription: "Khan Kucak", hence this piece was manufactured on commission and belongs to the group of Khan carpets, excellent condition, all sides and fringes complete and original.
