Northwest Anatolia (Turkey), c. 188 x 156 cm, second half of the 19th century, in 1923 the place name was changed to Ezine and with this designation the carpets of this group are often referred to in the art market, two octagons surrounded by squares, with Caucasian influence, belong to the repeat pattern of these small-format carpets manufactures in mountain villages, slightly low pile as a result of age, no noticeable repairs, both original ends only partially preserved, side edges with some repairs.
