West Anatolia, (Turkey), c. 152 x 135 cm, about 1800, its wonderful colours and pattern arrangement give this carpet a special charm that suggest an early dating, four rows with Memling guls of different colours each and slightly irregular octagons, large border with hooked rhombi on orange-coloured background, partly low pile with heavily oxidised brown, trimmed all around with edge damage.
