1: A Kris dagger with old, corrugated pamor blade (13 waves!), with forged ‘Ganesha trunk’ at the top. Hilt made of black-brown wood in a typical Javanese shape. Finely crafted hilt ring (‘Mendak’) made of brass. The wooden sheath is decorated with a boat in Yogjakarta style (rounded), covered in sheet metal. L: 48 cm.
2: Kris dagger with a straight pamor blade. The hilt is made of light-coloured wood in a typical Javanese shape. The wooden sheath is decorated with a boat in Surakarta style (raised ends) and covered in sheet metal. L: 48.7 cm.
3: A Kris dagger with an old, straight pamor blade. The hilt is made of dark brown wood in a typical Javanese shape. The wooden sheath is decorated with a light-coloured boat in Surakarta style and covered in sheet metal. L: 50 cm. All three Kris daggers c. first third of the 20th century. (ME)
