Northeast Persia (Iran), c. 286 (297) x 114 cm, second half of the 19th century, tribal carpet with dark colours and a prominent, very large “Dogajik” border, background with a hooked rhombus pattern interrupted only by two elongated hexagonal Kedjebe guls arranged in pairs, both ends with remains of the kilim ends, low pile as a result of corrosion, with some repairs, edge and end damage.
